Clinical Supervision

I hold a Diploma in Integrative Supervision from The Minster Centre (2011) and offer warm, thoughtful and relational clinical supervision to counsellors in training, qualified therapists.

My approach to supervision is integrative, transpersonal and collaborative. I see supervision as a space to step back from the immediacy of clinical work, to think deeply about what is unfolding between therapist and client, and to explore the places where we may feel uncertain, stuck, challenged or moved. Alongside attention to clinical practice, ethics and professional development, I value bringing curiosity, compassion and a little more spaciousness to the work.

I have many years’ experience working within and alongside local authority and multi-agency settings, including Social Services, CAMHS, Education and other statutory agencies. I have worked closely with practitioners around safeguarding, Every Child Matters and the complex realities of supporting children, young people and families. This experience gives me a particular appreciation of the wider systems in which therapeutic work takes place, and of the demands placed on those working within them.

My aim is to create a supervisory relationship in which you can bring your whole practice — the clinical questions, the difficult moments, the things that don’t quite make sense, and the work that touches you deeply.

My psychotherapy and supervision practice is based in Hampton Village, near Twickenham, within the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames.

I co-lead Re-Vision's clinical supervision training and I welcome therapists from a range of modalities and professional backgrounds.
