Exploring the emotional and psychological patterns that arise from our childhood is a form of inner activism.
Our early experiences shape how we live, love, and engage with the world.
Healing these wounds is not about forgetting the past, but about transforming our relationship with it — learning to hold what once felt unbearable with awareness and compassion.
When we make peace with our inner world, the outer world begins to shift in response.
“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.”
— C.G. Jung
Individual and collective wounds are deeply intertwined. Therapy offers a space to explore not just the personal, but also how we inhabit the world — how our inner story meets the story of the times we live in.
“Therapy is... a process that goes on intermittently in our individual soul-searching, our attempts at understanding our complexities, the critical attacks, prescriptions and encouragements we give ourselves...”
— James Hillman
“Your visions will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.”
— C.G. Jung

I work in Hampton Village which is in The London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames very close to Teddington, Twickenham, Sunbury, Kingston and Richmond. There are good public transport links here from London with a BR station 5mins from my door.
Individual psychotherapy and supervision fees are on a scale. This means I can offer some concession rates alongside my usual starting rate of £85 per 50mins session.
Fees are required for all sessions except pre-arranged holidays or rare cancellations by me.
If you cancel, I’ll try to reschedule within the same week; otherwise, the standard fee applies.
Please leave a message and I will contact you as soon as possible.
