Congruence and Compassion (Self and Other)
This is a one day continued professional development course designed for early years workers. The day will enable those who work with children to contact the child in themselves with compassion and to look at ways to work congruently within an early years setting. We will explore attachment processes and look at how failures in attachment can be nurtured through self and other regulation.
The day begins with a brief round of heart opening yogic exercises and ends with a relaxing yoga nidra.
